Looking for delegates to attend Forest Europe expert level meeting

This is a call for participants in IFSA’s delegation to a Forest Europe Expert Level Meeting held in Bratislava, May 11-12th 2016, where the future direction of the Forest Europe process will be discussed. IFSA will have two seats at this meeting, as an observer organisation in the process. You will find the draft agenda and practical information at www.foresteurope.org.

This is a great opportunity for you who are interested in international forest policy and want to experience first hand how a policy process works. It’s also a great opportunity to get more involved in IFSA.

To apply just send an e-mail (mcpfe.ifsa@gmail.com) with a motivation no later than April 5th.

It’s a plus if you have taken any courses in forest policy and know something about the process beforehand and applicants with connection to Europe will have priority. Unfortunately there is no funding available from either the organizers in Slovakia nor from IFSA.

The official profile of IFSA. The International Forestry Students' Association is a non political, non religious and non for profit organization that brings forestry students from all over the world in a wide spectrum of activities.
