IFISO - Informal Forum for International Students' Organisations
IFISO is an informal forum for international officers of pluralistic, "non-political" and not-for-profit international (worldwide, European, etc.) student-run organizations. Currently the IFISO network consists of a multi-disciplinary mix of 28 such NGOs, covering more than 2 million students all together. These organizations are, as of 31 August 2005: AEGEE, AIESEC, BEST, EDSA, EESTEC, EFPSA, ELASA, EMSA, EPSA, ESN, ESSA, ESTIEM, EUROAVIA, FISEC, IAAS, IADS, IAPS, IAPSS, IEEE, IFMSA, IFSA, IPSF, IPSO, ISHA, IVSA, JADE, PRIME and WISE. While not being a formal entity (no by-laws, no obligations, no fees, no website, no official spokespersons or officers, etc.), IFISO as an informal forum is still quite influential because it creates the necessary environment for international student organizations to collaborate on all possible levels in order to strengthen their capacities through knowledge sharing and identification of synergies.
IFSA is also proud to be a member of IFISO network. The IFSA President and the IFISO LO are the ones responsibles to deal with the IFISO affair and also have to attend IFISO meetings.

- To allow for the organisation’s members to get to know each other better, as to uncover possible new or better ways of cooperation.
- To enrich the skills of the trainers, by designing and delivering materials together with trainers from different organisations.
Train New Trainers (TNT) is a project initiated after the first LSS where participants raised their interests in created their own training structure in their association. The first TNT is going to take place in 2009. It aims:
