• “Thought leaders” to give TED style talks on youth issues and involvement in natural resource or landscape management
  • “Youth champions” to share success stories or initiatives of landscape scale approaches to NRM, with strong youth involvement
  • The event organisers will also *try* to secure funding to cover costs for those successful applicants unable to do so themselves. This is a great opportunity to give youth a voice at this exciting forum (and show the rest of the world what we IFSA students are up to!) If you, or anyone you know, think you’ve got some great stories to or successes to share, send your application to info@ypard.net AND attach/cc the IFSA CIFOR Liaison Officer Sarah Dickson-Hoyle at sarah.dh.ifsa@gmail.com by September 30th 2013. Please include in the subject if you are applying for ‘Thought leader GLFCOP19’ or ‘Success story GLFCOP19’, and write a short (200 word) proposal including your name, a short bio, whether you’re a thought leader or youth champion, and a description of your proposed talk.
