Promotion for UNFF Youth Policy Formulation​ Workshop February 2-6 (Call for delegates)

Dear IFSA world,

The United Nations Forum on Forestry (UNFF) will be holding a Major Group “Youth” workshop in Interlaken, Switzerland from February 2-6th. The aim of this workshop will be to develop policy for youth participation and forestry education in the future “International Arrangement on Forests” framework that will be presented at UNFF 11 in May 2015.

Funding and Eligibility of IFSA Delegates

IFSA is seeking to select a delegation representing diversity across gender, nationality, and age. IFSA members from all regions of the world are encouraged to apply, as at least one delegate will be reserved for each IFSA region. Full-funding including travel and accommodations will be available for all delegates that demonstrate financial need.

  • Letter of support from your LC president
  • Academic reference
  • Copy of Passport
  • Copy of student card/ verification of enrollment in a university
